12 Dimension Critical Reflection

Part 1

Based on my CMI results, including the dimensions of growth, destiny, expression, planning, communication I can make the following conclusions, That growth to some extent should be in the development of people and not by the article, because the reliance on article will lead to a reduction of individual skills and contribute to the extinction, as the development of people contribute to the creation of a group with experience and vision and conscious in the future and limit the cost of materials development, On the other hand and talking about the dimension of destiny , I see that the person is the owner of the decision in all matters and not by someone else, because he will take responsibility for his actions and his actions and he knows what is right and wrong and to be conscious in this and should be directive,  but when talking about the third dimension and is the expression, in some cases, one must Meanings of the people does not appear, as some people get upset of this thing and probably resent it, so conceal it, In the fourth dimensions it's a communication, I'm biased for both types, direct and indirect Because they sometimes do not require to be face to face where it is possible to cause the loss of time and effort.

Part 2

I agree with most of the results of the questionnaire, where it's similar to what I was doing in my daily life in various dimensions mentioned and are best suited to their effects in everyday life and with all the different places, for example in the home with the family and in work with colleagues and also with my Friends, But this does not mean that I look forward to different results with others in the group and discuss with them about their views on the various dimensions of the pros and cons and its effects on them and on society around them.

Part 3

I do not think that the results will be different and will not change in the coming years because the dimensions rely on instinct same person and there are no rules to this thing, and thus the change does not depend on time and time, but depends on the people themselves and the extent affected by the outside world and their treatment with people but some dimensions slightly may change in the future but in the distant past and is not nearby, perhaps after 15 years and it depends on several factors, including the customs and traditions and culture of the person and the community in which he lives.
